Who We Are

I believe that there is a lot more that can be done in reaching our world for the glory of God. I think we all feel that deep inside us. We see our world today and we know that more has to be done. I believe there’s a burning in us all to do more, the only thing is that far too often we get distracted or we just drift back into maintaining the status quo. I started All Things Ministries because I wanted to open the door to do more, I’m now leading it full time because I want to give my life to doing what’s not being done yet for the Kingdom of God. I desire to become all things and do all things so that Christ may be magnified.

Cassie and I both graduated from Auburn University in 2004, have been married for over 15 years now, and have 5 amazing kids! We have been in full time collegiate ministry for basically our entire marriage. I received my Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and my Doctorate of Ministry from Beeson Divinty School. Cassie and I desire to live in absolute surrender to the Lord, walking in whatever He leads us. Our core approach to ministry is summed up in 1 Thessalonians 2:8 “Having so fond an affection for you, we were well-pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become very dear to us"

I believe that our lives are not our own. Our lives are from the Father, through the Father, and to the Father for His glory and that alone! And the Lord is continually giving me a deeper understanding of what a life led by this truth looks like. I believe that all of life is discipleship and that discipleship is imparting your entire life. I believe that in scripture when the Lord speaks of the Church that He loves and equips to send out He’s speaking to the body of Christ as a whole, and not just about one particular building or another. I desire to come alongside the church in Auburn and Opelika, where the Lord has planted me for such a time as this, equipping and spurring believers on, discipling and teaching those who are faithful to teach others also, “becoming all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings.” And as a part of the All Things Ministries team, I get to do exactly that!

I graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a nursing degree that I truly believe the Father used to equip me for my roles in full time collegiate ministry over the past 3 years far more than I could have ever imagined! I desire more than anything to walk in obedience to the Father, whatever that may look like, because I’ve learned that obedience is always His greatest glory, and by the grace of God, it's also my greatest good.

My life has been radically changed by Jesus Christ, and I want more than anything for others to know this hope, freedom, and abundance of life in Him alone. I believe and know that by His grace, the Father has given us an avenue to be eternally united with Him through the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus, who is the only Way, the only Truth, and the only Life (John 14:6). Following Jesus has been a decision that made my college years filled with joy and life, and through working with All Things, I get to encourage other college students to make the same decision for their good and for His glory!
My husband James and I graduated from Auburn University in May of 2022 and got married the following August, so it has been a season of the best and the most drastic of changes! I graduated with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Counseling, and I am passionate about learning how the Lord counsels and heals people through His guidance and through utilizing His children. James and I both believe in the power of sharing not only the Gospel but also our lives with others (1 Thessalonians 2:8), in hopes that they may feel and understand the love and care that only the Father provides. James has the opportunity to do this through being in graduate school and on the track team, and I have the opportunity through working at All Things and partnering with college students throughout the South East. College ministry has been a consistent theme in our lives, and the Lord has given us a shared passion of wanting discipleship to grow and flourish in the lives of college students, so we feel blessed that He has given us these opportunities to live in obedience to Him!

I believe in the mission of All Things Ministries and I am extremely grateful to be a part of this team. The Gospel, relationships, discipleship, being a part of the local church, collaboration, loving our neighbors, impacting college experiences…these are the cornerstones of All Things Ministries that make being part of this ministry such a joy. I am thankful to have the opportunity to serve others, share the Gospel, and as a result be a part of more people experiencing an abundant life in Christ!
I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. After college, I went to work in New York, NY as an event planner for a trade association. I returned to Auburn for my Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration and worked with Auburn University in Student Affairs. After my first child was born, I began working part-time for Four Corners Ministries. There I had numerous roles including finances, events, donor communication and donor engagement. At the same time, I also worked for the Alabama Women’s Commission as the Executive Director. In 2021, I started helping All Things Ministries as they were rapidly growing and expanding. I came on board full-time with All Things Ministries in November 2021.
My most important and loved job is being mom to 4 girls – Anna, Maggie, Lucy and Kate.

I am honored to be a part of the team at All Thing Ministries and to focus my strengths toward the Freshman Retreats, serving as the Retreats Coordinator. Having served as an advisor and mentor on campus, I have seen first hand the impact the retreats have on freshmen by helping to provide a solid foundation and community to help students navigate the challenges they face in college. It is our hope that each freshman leaves the retreat with confidence in where the Lord has placed them, connection to Christ-centered community, and are equipped to make an impact for Christ during their college career and for the rest of their lives. It is a true gift to be able to support our student leaders in hosting successful retreats that are truly changing lives on so many campuses.
I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee and a proud graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Communications Disorders. Throughout my career I have been blessed to work in the nonprofit sector with the American Cancer Society and The United Way of Lee County. In both roles I was able to serve local volunteers and fundraise.
I am a mom to two beautiful girls, Vivian and Noel, who keep me busy outside of work. My husband, Kasey, and I met in college and will celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in December of 2022!

I believe that as followers of Christ we have a call to live a life that is marked by goodness and beauty because it is surrendered to the Lord. Through God’s grace and kindness, we have the opportunity to come alongside our savior and walk in the work that He has called us to and be sanctified as we do so. Through working with All Things throughout college I have seen how walking in obedience to the Father has led to a greater trust and dependency on Him and his word and has led me to desire this more and more for my life. This has been one of my greatest joy’s, that my yes’s have been sanctifying and point to the beauty of the gospel and its truth for myself and those around me. I believe that simple obedience brings about joy and abundance of life, and I desire that for college students as they enter a season that is so formative for the rest of their lives!
I will be graduating from Auburn University in May of 2022 with a degree in Exercise Science. I have loved learning about the human body and how it points to the Lord’s intention in creating us and will continue my education in January of 2023 in the Physical Therapy program at UAB! I have been so encouraged by the Lord’s sovereignty and kindness to open a door in allowing me to come on staff with All Things Ministries for the next 8 months and continue in the work that He is doing on college campuses throughout the southeast! My prayer for this is that “if anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and power for ever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:11
